MAANA MIKAN is the top brand of mikan in Japan. It is famous in fruit markets, easily recognizable by its signature red sticker affixed to each mikan. Its rich sweetness is perfectly balanced with its acidity. We hope more people can try our outstanding products.

Taishi Hirokawa(広川 泰士) (photographer)
Born in Kanagawa pref. in 1950, Taishi Hirokawa is a faculty professor at Tokyo Polytechnic University. He has created successfully advertising photography and TV commercials. In addition, he was invited to the solo exhibitions and art exhibitions around the world. Hirokawa’s most notable works include “Sonomama Sonomama” and “STILL CRAZY." Among other awards, he was awarded a Publication Culture Award, and an ADC Annual Award for his works. His collections are exhibited in museums around the world, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the National Library of France and many more.
Hirokawa was a director of photography in “Tony Valley (2005)” and “FLOWERS(2010).” “Tony Valley (2005)” was screened in more than 30 countries around the world. He was awarded the Jury Special Prize at the Locarno International Film Festival.
Taku Satoh(佐藤 卓)(graphic designer)
Taku Satoh, a graduate of the Tokyo University of the Arts (1979). established the Taku Satoh design company in 1984 after working in Dentsu Group Inc. He designed the packages of “Lotte Xylitol Gum” and “Meiji Oishii Gyunyu," held the position of Art Director at “Nihongode Asobo (NHK)” and “Design A (NHK)," and served as the vice-chief juror at the Good Design Awards, the vice president of JAGDA, and a juror on the Kids Design Awards.
The “Hoshiimo School Project,” which used dried sweet potatoes as a lens to examine lifestyle and environmental issues, attracted great public attention.
